Hourly + materials

Useful when there are several smaller or varied jobs to work through.

Best for: A few small or mixed jobs, or work where nobody can know what's involved until it's opened up.
How it works: You know the hourly rate before we start, plus an honest estimate of how long it should take.
Why it's fair: You pay for the time the work actually takes, with materials listed separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

Half or full day

Great value when you have a long to-do list and multiple jobs ready to go.

How it works: Send us your list (photos help) and rank what matters most. We work through it in that order, and anything left over is noted for next time.
